Delon Hampton & Associates, as a subconsultant to Michael Marshall Design, provided civil design services for the renovation of the existing school and two new building additions. Completed in 2015, the design-build project is LEED Gold Certified. Notable features include:

• A da Vinci Suite at the center of the building that features the library, science lab, art studio, and performing arts spaces
• Shared and multi-use spaces that promote learning, efficiency, creative play, and connection

• Large windows for daylight & to make the learning/education process more visible to the public

Judges noted how the school will benefit the community since "emphasis was placed on outdoor spaces and the environment.”
