Loretta Morris is responsible for managing all contract documents that come through the firm. Loretta has more than 25 years of contract and grants administration experience.

Loretta is proficient in all aspects of contracts management, including management of fiscal components of grants, and project development of project budgets, the preparation of financial reports, and overall management of office operations.

Prior to joining Delon Hampton & Associates, she held various positions including financial manager and coordinator and worked in various departments at Howard University, including the Beltsville Research Laboratories, the Office of Research Administration-Restricted Fund Accounting Section and the Office of the Comptroller.
