Gary Kellogg provides quality assurance and quality control expertise in the oversight of all Delon Hampton & Associates' projects. He is charged with reviewing our clients’ quality management plans and supporting documentation to ensure that projects are within scope and in conformance with applicable codes and guidelines.
He has designed, administered construction, and managed more than three billion dollars of built construction throughout the United States with responsibility for the structural design and construction of various sized projects from housing to major urban developments. Gary has provided consulting services to international architectural and engineering firms and brings his depth of knowledge and creative thinking to foster collaboration on difficult design and construction issues. He has been involved in consulting on hundreds of structural and geotechnical engineering investigations and recommendations for environmental and water and wastewater projects.
