Gary Kellogg provides structural design consultation and oversight for Delon Hampton & Associates' structural engineering projects. His breadth of knowledge and versatility within the industry allows him to take on many roles outside of this core discipline. Under his current role as Task Order Manager for our FTA PMO contract, Gary organizes and manages task workloads within established technical, budget, and schedule guidelines to ensure that project sponsors are delivering projects within those guidelines.
He has designed, administered construction, and managed more than three billion dollars of built construction throughout the United States with responsibility for the structural design and construction of various sized projects from housing to major urban developments. Gary has provided consulting services to international architectural and engineering firms and brings his depth of knowledge and creative thinking to foster collaboration on difficult design and construction issues. He has been involved in consulting on hundreds of structural and geotechnical engineering investigations and recommendations for environmental and water and wastewater projects.
