Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented and energetic, Technical Quality Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will coordinate, develop, and implement the quality program with the following entities: ENGA, IRPG, Track & Structures (TRST) Department, Rail Services (RAIL), Department of Maintenance of Way Engineering (MOWE), and the System Safety and Environmental Management Office (SAFE), as well as the Procurement and Materials (PRMT) Department.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of program management, project management, construction management, or related engineering experience;
  • Proficiency in developing and managing Project Management Plans;
  • A four-year college degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent work experience;
  • A proven track record of safe, timely, and successful completion of projects;
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all involved parties (Client, A/E, contractors, and team members); and
  • Understanding of and ability to work with P6 Project Management Software.

New employees MUST be fully vaccinated prior to their start date. Fully vaccinated means two weeks have passed since the final dose of a primary vaccine series.
