Manage and supervise the consultant team. Control project schedules and the financial performance of the project using established Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Ensure compliance and review approval of contractor invoices. Candidate shall determine means of addressing water filtration issues and develop a plan of action to execute. Provide construction management oversight of the awarded contract(s). Coordinate, develop and manage the overall contract budget, schedule, risks, design reviews, drawings, life-cycle costs, specifications and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure timely processing of Requests for Information (RFI), potential change orders (PCO), transmittals and change orders. Manage and maintain file structures within Procore and update accordingly. Maintain familiarity with all documentation located in Procore. Lead and attend program meetings held weekly.
Work is performed within a general office environment 90% of the time. Ability to work in confined spaces. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Field work is required 10% of the time where work may be conducted outside in one or more of the following conditions: heat or cold, wet or humid, and dry or arid. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs.) may be required as needed. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
