Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered, a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented Operations Analyst.

The Consultant shall propose (1) full-time Operations Analyst to support the quality control and assurance processes of the SLE O&M Contractor. The Operations Analyst will report to the QA/QC Lead.


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, information technology (IT), engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience fulfilling operations analyst duties
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams
  • Ability to communicate and write clearly and professionally
  • Ability to produce communications quickly, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a government background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to model the values of teamwork, respect, accountability, safety, integrity and trust; not just a job.

Working Conditions 

Work is performed within a general office environment 25% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Field work is required 75% of the time where work may be conducted outside in one or more of the following conditions: heat or cold, wet or humid, and dry or arid. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs.) may be required as needed.
