Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented and energetic, Asset Management Coordinator.


  • Update data in the client's information management systems (PROCORE, Maximo) through direct input of contract related data and/or uploading data files;
  • Assist in the development and preparation of project cost estimates and change order management including, but not limited to, the client's Task Manager assigned representative drafting the C-35a documents, Pre-Negotiating Positions, and/or Contract Modification Packages;
  • Assist in the monitoring of project activities, claims, and change orders, progress reporting, payments, and other contract management functions; and
  • Perform other project related duties as assigned by the client's Task Manager.


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (five (5) years of demonstrable experience in a similar role may be considered as alternate work experience);
  • A minimum of four (4) years demonstrable experience in construction and/or transportation related projects;
  • Ability to develop and evaluate complex project estimates;
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Adobe Pro, MS Teams, RS Means and/or other estimating software, Microsoft Project (P6), client's project management systems;
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening and have reliable transportation; and
  • Previous document archiving experience, preferred.
