Project Controls Specialist/eBuilder

Delon Hampton & Associates is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support the efforts of Delon Hampton and Global Program Partners in their support of the Capital Development Program at Philadelphia International Airport.

This role within the Project Controls Team, and activities, although focused on eBuilder will also involve other general support for the overall Capital Development Team. The team at the airport is a heterogeneous blend of City Staff and multiple consultants with a common purpose, consistent, efficient, successful delivery of capital development projects at the airport. The work is frequently complex, proprietary, and requires strong administrative and leadership skills as well as excellent inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities: The incumbent's primary responsibility will be e-builder support.

  • General - Project Setups
  • General - User Setups
  • General - User Assistance
  • Cost Module - Pay Application Support
  • Cost Module - Contract Management (change management, line item management, etc.)
  • Process Module - Process Development (simple processes and support to complex processes)
  • Document Module - Document uploads, file management, etc.
  • Document Module - Search assistance
  • Meeting Minute Support
  • RFI/RFC Support
  • Reporting Module - General reporting assistance
  • General administrative assistance for the program team such as copying, binding, packaging and distribution.


  • Five years of administrative experience in an office environment or four years of college or business school completed with at least two years of administrative office experience.
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office and E-Builder software usage.


The location of the work is at the Airports Capital Development Group offices in the International Plaza office complex located directly southwest of the Airport.

Working Conditions 

Work is performed in a general office environment.
